How to be un-user friendly

Just spent all day arranging a delivery with a badly designed system, the option to inform the driver landmark was giving out ‘error’ responses. After 3 attempts to contact them using online form failed miserably, I’ve resorted to tweet their company; online people response quickly but yet to hear from customer service… who would have design a system with:??
1 – Phone will only give you the options to select extra-pay-for service, who want to pay AGAIN to arrange a delivery which is already been paid for???
2 – Online form does not tell you what the problem is until you hit ‘submit’, delete your message and tell you, Ops, you will have to try again??
3 – No where on the site or phone can you reach a REAL human being
Massive FAIL!
